At Get It Done LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), we strive to provide reliable, timely, and professional medical courier services. Because our services involve time‑sensitive, specialized, and often regulated deliveries, our refund practices are designed to be fair while reflecting the operational nature of courier work.

1. Non‑Refundable Services

​

Once a courier service has been dispatched, the service fee becomes non‑refundable, including:

​

  • Same‑day, STAT, or urgent deliveries

  • Scheduled pickups already assigned to a driver

  • Specialized medical or specimen transport

  • Chain‑of‑custody deliveries

 

This is due to the immediate allocation of personnel, resources, and transportation.

2. Refund Eligibility

 

A refund may be issued under the following circumstances:

​

  • The Company cancels the service before dispatch

  • The Company is unable to complete the delivery due to internal operational issues

  • A duplicate payment was made in error

 

Refunds are issued to the original payment method unless otherwise required by law.

3. Service Issues

​

If you believe a service was not completed as agreed, please contact us within 3 business days of the scheduled delivery. We will review:

​

  • Pickup and delivery logs

  • Chain‑of‑custody documentation

  • Driver notes

  • Communication records

 

Refunds or partial credits are issued at the Company’s discretion based on documented findings.

 

4. No Refunds for Delays Outside Our Control

​

Refunds will not be issued for delays caused by:

​

  • Weather conditions

  • Traffic accidents or road closures

  • Facility access restrictions

  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the customer

  • Circumstances beyond the Company’s reasonable control

 

5. HIPAA‑Related Considerations

​

For services involving medical specimens or protected health information (PHI):

​

  • Refund decisions will not compromise chain‑of‑custody integrity

  • No PHI will be disclosed during the refund review process

  • All evaluations will comply with HIPAA and Texas Medical Records Privacy Act requirements
